Rhodochrosite (not to be confused with Rhodonite) is a beautiful stone that opens the heart chakra. Lovely colouring with pinks and white swirls, among shades of red, and black manganese oxide inclusions. Quite a rare specimen, it is one of the softer stones and can NOT be placed in water for cleansing. Rhodochrosite encourages love towards yourself and others, and assists in heart health- stabilizing the heartbeat and blood pressure. Also believed to help with asthma and other respiratory issues. *Please Note: All of our organic gemstones and crystals are formed by Mother Earth. Natural “imperfections” such as surface cracks, various defects, and the shedding of some crystals are to be expected. Our products are carefully graded, and if we believe there is an UNNATURAL defect - the item will go under our “Imperfect Collection” clearance category.
