Q. I would like to pick up my order but shipping charges are added to my shopping cart.
A. This is a easy one. Just use coupon code PICKUP to remove the charge.
Q. How Do I Claim?
Claim codes.
Every item on our live sale has a claim code. For example you may see a crystal sphere that is labeled A12 (For $16). This is the code that you type into the comments in order to claim the item.
On pre recorded videos mark the date and code for example 010124-A12 & email us your order to ok@ilovecrystalsandgems.com
Q. Can i add items to my live show order from your website?
A. Yes, you sure can. Just make your order on this website & use coupon code OPENBOX at checkout. We will then know to add it to your open box. This option may be used if you would like to reserve an item also.
