Larvikite is a unique type of Monzonite found in Norway. It is a root chakra stone that can ground and protect, while repelling negative energies. Larvikite has a rich dark base, with flecks of silver-blue flashing- comprised of plagioclase and alkali feldspar. Often mistakenly called Black Labradorite or Black Moonstone because of the flashes, but they are actually all very different from each other.
