Sodalite is related to the Throat and Third Eye Chakras. This beautiful stone has shades of blues, greys, whites and browns, and dappled with silver or gold-toned specks. Known as a communication stone, it can help with clarity and speaking with confidence. Sodalite can provide a calming energy, and is often used to help with sleep issues or stress. It is also believed to be a good stone for increasing intuition and encouraging truth.
