Where are you located?

We have an amazing warehouse located at 💜unit 150i, 19255 - 21 Avenue Surrey,  Campbell Valley Heights, British Columbia, V3Z 3M3 Canada.

Since we are a working warehouse we recommend you leave children at home or in your car weather permitting any breakages are chargeable/payable. You know your children so please save the stress of trying to control them while you peacefully shopping for crystals. Thank you kindly for your understanding.

Open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Closed on all statutory holidays.

Why do you require accounts?

This protects our customers pricing from being published & allows both parties to track account history online for simple easy access. This includes small business, craft sales, wedding and social events, fundraisers and more! Our professional approach allows us to offer the best pricing possible on healing raw crystals, polished stones, metaphysical tools and more!

Are you Canadian?

Our first 3 generations are proud emigrants & Canadian citizens. Our 3rd to 5th generations are proudly Canadian born and raised!

Are your crystals sourced ethically?

Simple answer is Yes. Because we are a medium size family owned business, we make a dedicated effort to purchase from reputable businesses that source their minerals ethically.  We strive to support small/family owned businesses wherever we can! We proudly support many families in six countries. 

Are your crystals real?

Our crystals are 100% REAL!  We will never sell you something as a real crystal if it isn’t 100% real.  Please note, we do sell man made crystals such as Opalite, Bluestone & Goldstone, but they are always marked as such in the listing description.  If a crystal is dyed, we also mark that in the description.   

Do you offer a discount for Wedding & Event Planning Service Companies?

Yes, we sure do. Email us a description of goods required with quantities.

Who are you?

We are a medium/family run business!  Our parent company “Tropitek Trading Ltd” was founded in 1978 by Mother and Son team Mona & Dave.  Which were soon joined by brothers Richard, Graham, Alan & cousin Stan. Richards son Paul joined our team in 1985 and Lydia his wife in 1989 Paul now owns & manages the company. Other family members have also worked by our side. Paul's son Wesley Joined in 2015 & grandson Sean Joined on 2022 in our quest to keep of family business strong we have changed our business model a few times over the years. After many Retail inquires, we created "I Love Crystals & Gems" to bring our 5000 plus items to the world. Our wholesale customers carry 5% to 3% of our line so we needed to get our unusual items out there for sale to the world.
