Pyrite is the mineral we’ve all come to know as “Fools Gold”. Its metallic brassy yellow shine is thanks to iron sulfide, and is most found in Canada, Mexico, Peru and Spain. While not actually gold, Pyrite is believed to bring good fortune and prosperity in other ways… with many considering it a powerful luck stone. It is incredibly dense, often double the weight (or more) of other stones the same size.
